By accessing or using the NJ Painting Co. website, requesting an estimate, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of NJ Painting Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), a family-owned painting company based in Morganville, New Jersey.

Estimates provided by NJ Painting Co. are based on a visual assessment of the project scope at the time of the visit and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes, if hidden conditions are discovered (such as water damage, mold, or structural issues), or if additional preparation is required.

All estimates are free and carry no obligation. Any change to the agreed scope will be documented and approved by you before additional work proceeds.

Project start dates are scheduled after an estimate is approved. We make every effort to begin and complete work on the agreed timeline, but weather, material availability, and unforeseen site conditions may affect scheduling for exterior and other weather-dependent work.

Payment terms are set out in your project agreement. A deposit may be required to reserve your project date, with the balance due upon satisfactory completion and your final walkthrough. We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods noted at the time of booking.

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee and use premium paints from manufacturers such as Benjamin Moore and Sherwin-Williams. Warranty coverage applies to workmanship under normal conditions and does not cover damage caused by settling, moisture intrusion, structural movement, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

Manufacturer warranties on paints and materials are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms.

NJ Painting Co. is licensed and fully insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You are responsible for removing or securing fragile, valuable, or sentimental items from work areas prior to the project start unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

All content on this website — including text, project photography, logos, and graphics — is the property of NJ Painting Co. and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
